Glenn D. Siemens is Director of Operations for Arise Solar and CEO of Arise Ventures Inc. Glenn has a Class B contractor’s license and is a trained “Diamond Class” building science contractor through John Tooley & Maco’s EFL (Environments For Living) program.

 

He has also completed many PV training classes through PG&E’s Stockton and SCE Tulare training centers.  Glenn has most recently completed an intense 4 day solar PV design & engineering training by High Sun Engineering out of Guerneville, California. 

Glenn was the Customer Service Field Manager for almost seven years at Fresno’s premier new home builder, Wathen-Castanos Inc, where he was in charge of field personnel training, quality control, warranty issues, mold remediation, and developed new concepts to reduce recurring construction inefficiencies. His eye for detail and an almost compulsive drive to do things right the first time, bring a level of detail & honesty that is found in only a few solar design & installation companies.
